Job summary

Chandra Asri Group, through its subsidiary PT Chandra Asri Sentral Solusi (CASS), operates a Shared Service Center (SSC) to support its oil, gas and petrochemical subsidiaries. We seek a Supply Chain Spot Buy Analyst to manage contracting and procurement with strong negotiation, analytics, and stakeholder communication.

The role emphasizes timely, compliant, and cost-effective purchases, engaging suppliers, and driving process improvements within a centralized SSC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in supply chain, contracting, and procurement.
• Experience in oil and gas or petrochemicals preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven skills in contract negotiation and tender evaluation.
• Proficient in SAP or Oracle ERP and MS Office.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify needs, qualify suppliers, request proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Lead bidding processes to ensure fair, transparent evaluations.
• Perform financial and commercial analyses to match specs and budget.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage tender deliverables.
