Job summary

PT Nara Operasi Asia is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Staff to manage vendor relationships, source quality goods, and ensure timely delivery. You will process PRs/POs, negotiate terms, and track shipments to maintain smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of purchasing experience, strong Excel skills, and proficient ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Odoo). Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on purchasing/procurement experience; fresh grads welcome.
• Proficient in ERP systems and inventory software.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management & Sourcing: Identify and build relationships with suppliers to get best quality and value.
• Purchase Request & Order Processing: Review PRs, issue POs, align with budget and inventory.
• Negotiation & Cost Optimization: Negotiate terms, pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Order Tracking & Follow-up: Monitor lead times and shipments, resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Quality & Inventory Assurance: Verify received goods against PO specs with warehouse/QA.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain purchasing files, update supplier data, prepare procurement reports.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, and Operations to resolve invoice discrepancies.
