Job summary

EVDEkimi Real Estates is seeking a procurement professional in Bali to manage end-to-end purchasing, from supplier sourcing to order follow-up and delivery coordination. The role emphasizes strong negotiation, supplier evaluation, and meticulous record-keeping to ensure value and timely procurement.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of procurement experience, with familiarity in hospitality, property management, F&B, or construction being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar position.
• Experience in hospitality, property management, F&B, or construction is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of local suppliers and purchasing practices in Bali is preferred.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to compare prices, evaluate suppliers, and make cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple purchase requests and priorities at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Handle the purchasing process from sourcing and comparing suppliers to placing orders and following up on deliveries.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, availability, and delivery time.
• Request and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and the best value for the company.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers when needed.
• Prepare Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and other purchasing documents accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand their purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
• Check delivered items to ensure quantity, quality, and specifications match the order.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and develop new supplier contacts when required.
• Maintain updated records of suppliers, quotations, purchase orders, and purchasing transactions.
