Job summary

BINA NUSANTARA seeks an experienced procurement professional to lead the planning and vendor management functions. You will coordinate requisitions, ensure policy implementation, and drive continual process improvements within the procurement area.

The role requires strong planning, budgeting, and supplier evaluation skills, plus the ability to provide accurate financial estimations for business units. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in procurement or senior staff role preferred.
• Knowledge of vendor management and contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Arrange work plan for procurement planning section.
• Build relationships with vendors and represent procurement to receive requisitions.
• Manage, monitor, and evaluate internal processes for continual improvement.
• Ensure policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
• Validate budget stock and non-stock requests from procurement support.
• Advise on materials needed based on price evaluation.
• Analyze and set up financial estimations for business unit needs.
• Conduct vendor evaluation and advise on continuance or changes.
• Monitor vendor contract performance for compliance and changes.
• Provide reports to the direct supervisor and suggest process improvements.
• Contribute to Quality Management System activities.
