Job summary

PRecious Communications Pte Ltd. in Jakarta is seeking a client services professional to consult clients and implement integrated communications tactics across Banking, FMCG, and Technology sectors. You will contribute to day-to-day management of client accounts, including client and media meetings, content creation, research and strategy.

Qualifications

• University degree with an internship or up to 3 years relevant experience in communications/marketing.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation abilities.
• Familiar with media channels and social platforms to reach target audiences.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of account, including WIP meetings, according to agreed programme and scope of work.
• Fully familiarise oneself with clients’ business and related industry, client contacts, and clients’ internal communication processes.
• Prepare client activity reports detailing all activities carried out for the month.
• Ensure all materials and reports submitted to clients are timely, accurate, error-free and approved by the account lead.
• Brief and manage third parties e.g. designers, photographers, event companies and vendors.
• Assist with event research and planning, logistics coordination.
• Manage and oversee client events and functions.
• Support account lead in managing client contact and correspondence.
• Assist with budget and costing research.
• Manage media monitoring and compile media clippings.
• Conduct media pitching.
• Build and cultivate relationships with the media and influencers.
• Research and assist in the development of content (e.g. press releases, FAQs, media briefing materials, client briefing books, presentation decks, social / digital content, speeches / talking points, message house, editorial calendar).
• Adapt and customise content for different audience and formats.
• Create hooks and create media / audience appeal (e.g. strong pitch, headline, caption).
• Use narrative and composition skills to tell a story.
