Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with key client contacts.
• Own account administration and coordinate with Directors and delivery service teams.
• Identify opportunities to introduce service enhancements and new ways of working that add value to clients.
• Evolve deliverables as new technologies and client priorities change.
• Deliver meaningful analysis and actionable insights that support client decision-making.
• Demonstrate ownership of personal and team development by creating development plans and monitoring progress.
