PRecious Communications Pte. Ltd. is seeking a client executive to join our client services team and help implement integrated communications tactics across Banking, FMCG, and Technology sectors.

You will contribute to day-to-day management of client accounts, attend client and media meetings, and assist with content creation, research and strategy. Qualifikationen

• University degree with an internship or up to 3 years relevant experience in communications/marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Mac OS and common office software (Google or Microsoft suite).
• Ability to synthesize media and social media insights to reach target audiences.
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop and photography/videography; familiarity with analytics tools (GA, social insights).

Description:

The client executive is part of our client services team and will be an integral member to consult the client and implement integrated communications tactics across the fast-paced Banking, FMCGs, and Technology sectors. You will contribute to the day-to-day management of client accounts, including client and media meetings, content creation, research and strategy.

Rosponsibilities:

You are expected learn about our clients’ businesses and related industries, combining it with your observations to develop and implement tactical approach that could be utilized by the team and the client.

• Day-to-day management of account, including WIP meetings, according to agreed programme and scope of work

• Fully familiarise oneself with clients’ business and related industry, client contacts, and clients’ internal communication processes

• Prepare client activity reports detailing all activities carried out for the month

• Ensure all materials and reports submitted to clients are timely, accurate, error-free and approved by the account lead

• Brief and manage third parties e.g. designers, photographers, event companies and vendors

• Assist with event research and planning, logistics coordination

• Manage and oversee client events and functions

• Support account lead in managing client contact and correspondence

• Assist with budget and costing research

• Manage media monitoring and compile media clippings

• Conduct media pitching

• Build and cultivate relationships with the media and influencers

• Research and assist in the development of content (e.g. press releases, FAQs, media briefing materials, client briefing books, presentation decks, social / digital content, speeches / talking points, message house, editorial calendar)

• Adapt and customise content for different audience and formats

• Create hooks and create media / audience appeal (e.g. strong pitch, headline, caption)

• Use narrative and composition skills to tell a story

Requirements:

• University degree with an internship or up to 3 years relevant experience in communications / marketing

• Good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Familiar in using a Macintosh computer to do the work that is not limited to using common office suite (Google or Microsoft)
• Understand and able to sythesize insights from Media and Social Media channels and how it could be used to reach target audiences effectively for our clients.
• Any additional skills, like Canva, Photoshop, as well as photography and videography, Google Analytics and Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn Insights, are highly welcomed as well.
