Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations for over 2,500 employees. You will oversee attendance, overtime, and leave data, ensure accurate salary calculations, and manage BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan processes with tight timetables.

Strong Excel skills and HRIS experience are essential. Candidate must understand Indonesian labor regulations, administer compensation and benefits, and continuously improve payroll workflows for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, or HR Operations, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Experienced in managing BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and employment practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and preferably experienced with HRIS/payroll systems.
• Proven experience in managing payroll and HR administration for more than 2,500 employee
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary calculation and payment.
• Manage employee attendance, overtime, leave, and other payroll-related data.
• Manage employee BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, including registration, changes, reporting, and administration.
• Administer employee compensation and benefits, including salary, allowances, overtime, deductions, and other employee benefits.
• Review and improve payroll, attendance, and C&B processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
