Qualifications

• Senior finance capability with a strong hands-on mindset.
• Bachelor's degree from a top Indonesian university with minimum GPA 3.5.
• Experience in a Big Four firm is preferred.
• Cross-functional exposure (Finance, HR, IT, Operations).
• Detail-oriented, structured, and execution-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage core finance functions including budgeting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, and compliance.
• Oversee HR-related operations such as payroll processing, manpower administration, and coordination with HR teams.
• Act as a key liaison for IT matters (systems access, payroll tools, admin systems) and ensure operational continuity.
• Supervise order processing, vendor management, invoicing, and administrative controls to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and approve operational outputs while remaining involved in execution when needed.
