The Business Development role focuses on identifying billers and partners, nurturing relationships, and supporting negotiations and project execution across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, B2B Sales, Account Management, or related roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in communicating with external partners and stakeholders.
• Good negotiation, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in technology, payment, banking, or B2B industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential billers, partners, and new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
• Follow up and coordinate ongoing and upcoming partnership projects to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare business proposals, presentation decks, NDAs, partnership agreements, and other supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support partnership implementation and business needs.
• Support business discussions and negotiations with potential and existing partners.
• Monitor and maintain partnership pipelines, project progress, and related documentation.
