Job summary

Monee in Indonesia is seeking an Office Planning & Expansion Executive to act as the main person in charge for expansion matters. You will liaise with HODs, CRE team, and HRBP to identify space needs and shortlist potential sites, and coordinate with building management and legal on lease terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities/Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in office expansion, facilities/workplace management, or project coordination.
• Experience negotiating lease/rental agreements and liaising with building management/landlords/agents.
• Experience managing office relocation/movement plans and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with PR/PO processes and vendor management (fit-out, furniture, moving services).
• Strong project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Main PIC for Office Expansion matters across departments.
• Liaise with HODs to identify and validate new office space needs with CRE team and HRBP.
• Search for space, shortlist, and visit potential sites.
• Negotiate lease/rental terms with building management; coordinate with Legal on agreements.
• Develop movement plan and coordinate with HRBP and across departments.
• Prepare and process PR/PO for rental, fit-out, furniture, and moving services.
• Track project timeline, budget, and vendor deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Coordinate with fit-out contractors/vendors and monitor renovation/fit-out progress.
• Manage post-move issues and ensure new office readiness (utilities, access, facilities).
• Maintain documentation of office space inventory, lease terms, and expansion project files.
