Job summary

Nstarts Consultants Company Limited is seeking a Site Development Manager to drive store expansion across Indonesia, focusing on site evaluation, mall relationships, lease negotiations, and new store development. Responsibilities include evaluating sites, preparing reports, negotiating terms, and coordinating with operations and HQ to ensure timely store openings and network growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years of experience in site development, store expansion, commercial real estate, leasing, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of Jakarta and major Indonesian commercial areas.
• Existing relationships with shopping malls, landlords, or commercial property resources is highly preferred.
• Strong site analysis, commercial judgment, and market sensitivity.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Result-oriented and able to manage multiple expansion projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead site evaluation based on company standards, including foot traffic, competitor analysis, rental costs, and commercial potential.
• Prepare site assessment reports and provide recommendations for new store locations.
• Support lease negotiations, including commercial terms, rental conditions, and contract discussions.
• Develop strong relationships with local malls, landlords, property developers, and commercial partners.
• Support franchise and store expansion planning based on local market and commercial area characteristics.
• Provide site selection recommendations for both franchise and directly operated stores.
• Support new store opening preparation and ensure site development processes are completed efficiently.
• Assist in reviewing franchisee site qualifications and evaluate the feasibility of proposed locations.
• Work closely with operations, expansion, and HQ teams to support store network growth.
