Job summary

Grab in Jakarta is seeking an Associate, Commercial Enabler & Expansion to own a dual role combining Sales Enablement and Central Expansion Architecture. You will refine regional campaigns, enforce dynamic pricing SLAs, and size markets for expansion across multiple cities while supporting recruitment and field operations outside main hubs.

You will report to the manager and work on-site at the Jakarta office, gaining exposure to sales strategy leadership and ownership over national expansion

Responsibilities

• Sales Enablement & SLA Management: Synthesize performance data to optimize campaigns and enforce SLA for pricing and merchant whitelisting.
• Market Sizing & Expansion Architecture: Size markets for adjacent expansion cities and design incentive frameworks.
• ASM Coordination & Field Alignment: Coordinate with ASMs to align expansion blueprints with hiring plans and supervising 20 regional agents.
• CBT Extended Operations & Agent Acquisition: Recruit and operate CBT project agents in expansion areas outside main hubs.
• Performance Analytics & Reporting: Build dashboards to track expansion pipeline health, agent productivity, and ROI.
