Pt Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Senior Ocean Freight Sales Leader to drive growth in Surabaya and East Java. You will lead sales strategy, manage key accounts, and oversee tender processes for strategic customers in the ocean freight domain.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in ocean freight sales or freight forwarding, 5+ years in leadership, and fluent English. Indonesian market knowledge and strong negotiation skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced, global logistics environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
10+ years in Sales or Sales Operations Management within Ocean Freight or Freight Forwarding.
5+ years in managerial or strategic leadership roles.
Experience selling logistics and supply chain solutions in B2B.
Strong knowledge of Ocean Freight operations, warehousing, and end-to-end supply chain.
Experience managing strategic accounts, tenders, and negotiations.
Fluent English for business communication.
Indonesian market knowledge and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement area sales strategies to increase market share in Surabaya and East Java.
Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and industry trends.
Lead high-level commercial negotiations, presentations, and tenders for strategic accounts.
Manage relationships with key customers and business partners.
Handle customer escalations and ensure effective resolution of issues.
Monitor sales team performance and ensure achievement of targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Support development of integrated logistics and ocean freight solutions for customers.
