• 5+ years in managerial or strategic leadership roles.
• Experience selling logistics solutions in a B2B model.
• Strong knowledge of ocean freight operations and end-to-end supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop area sales strategies to grow market share in Surabaya and East Java.
• Lead commercial negotiations, presentations, and tenders for strategic accounts.
• Manage relationships with key customers and partners.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure targets and KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with operations for smooth service delivery and end-to-end solutions.
