Job summary

Kalbe Farma seeks a sales professional in Balikpapan to develop and maintain client relationships across a wide network. You will execute monthly and quarterly sales plans, manage customer visits, and track targets for outlets and customers, contributing to Kalbe's market expansion in Indonesia.

The role requires strong relationship-building and planning skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced healthcare environment and communicate effectively in Indonesian (and English).

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships across multiple outlets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Indonesian and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Execute sales plan of actions monthly and quarterly.
• Mengembangkan dan mempertahankan hubungan dengan klien.
• Melaksanakan rencana aksi penjualan yang diberikan oleh atasan secara bulanan dan triwulanan (termasuk rencana kunjungan pelanggan, pengeluaran, target penjualan per outlet/pelanggan, dll).
