Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Senior Crewing Manager to lead end-to-end crew management for the fleet, ensuring regulatory compliance with STCW, MLC, and flag-state rules. The role oversees certifications, visas, travel, training records, and budget control.

You will design rotation plans, manage welfare and crises, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with marine operations, technical, and QHSE teams to guarantee safe, fully manned vessels at all times.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of maritime industry experience, including several years in senior management as Crewing Manager.
• Strong understanding of international maritime conventions and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent English (verbal & written).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end crewing recruitment for fleet, ensuring compliance with STCW, MLC, and flag-state rules.
• Manage crew certifications, licenses, medicals, visas, travel, and training records.
• Design crew rotation strategies to optimize availability, cost, and readiness.
• Maintain crew documentation, contracts, payroll data, and personnel records with confidentiality.
• Oversee crew welfare, crisis management, and disciplinary actions; handle emergencies and grievances.
• Monitor KPIs on crew utilization, competency, and training compliance.
• Coordinate with marine operations, technical, and DPA/QHSE teams to ensure safe, full manning.
• Manage crewing budget, payroll, travel logistics, and workforce allocation.
• Develop crewing policies, SOPs, and support audits and client assessments.
• Build relationships with maritime authorities, training institutions, and staffing agencies.
