Job summary

World Vision International in Indonesia seeks a Livelihood & Resilience Specialist to provide strategic technical and management support across LH programming, including budget oversight and integration with IPF standards. You will work with LH area programme staff and operations teams to ensure high‑quality implementation and donor compliance.

The role requires leadership in capacity building, cross‑functional collaboration, and readiness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' work experience in livelihoods resilience and economic development.
• Experience in a complex, international NGO/international development context.
• Experience in project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and report writing.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in livelihoods, agriculture, agroforestry, livestock, fishery, economic development, or related field.
• Fluent or proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed implementation plans for livelihoods projects aligned with food security and livelihood programmes.
• Coordinate emergency livelihood programming within the assigned zone during crises.
• Provide budgeting framework for livelihoods resilience programming interventions.
• Provide technical support to staff for LH programmes assessment, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
