Job summary

World Vision Indonesia invites applications for a field-oriented role supporting PASTI-Papua in Papua. The position focuses on planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating activities, while building local partner capacity and coordinating service providers to strengthen community health efforts under USAID and local donors.

The role reports to the Team Leader and requires engagement with local communities, government partners, and educational institutions to sustain program outcomes and

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in public health, community development, or nutrition-related projects,particularly childhood nutrition or mother-children health.
• Experience in working with local communities, preferably in Papua, particularly in Mimika and Asmat regions are preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating development projects, preferably related to stunting reduction or maternal and child health.
• Experience working with donor-funded projects or government partnerships at local levels would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate project activities.
• Develop capacity of local partners and facilitate implementation of PASTI-Papua.
• Coordinate and manage local service providers within capacity-building strategy.
• Monitor adherence to donor requirements and safeguard policies.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Development Studies or related field/s.
