Job summary

Wahana Visi Indonesia seeks a Strategy Development & Execution Lead to guide the country strategy development, execution, monitoring and reporting, ensuring alignment with annual plans and risk controls.

The role requires 3–5 years in leadership roles within relief/development, a Master’s degree, and strong English; you will work with ExLT and partners to ensure learning, advocacy and resource mobilization while upholding World Vision values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in leadership roles within relief/development or corporate strategic planning.
• Experience in program design, implementation, monitoring and knowledge management.
• Proficiency in English and relevant certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the country strategy and annual implementation plans.
• Coordinate risk management and knowledge management to support organizational learning.
• Collaborate with ExLT and partners to ensure accountability, quality and impact.
• Represent strategy with governance bodies and ensure safeguarding policy compliance.
