Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate development, execution, monitoring and reporting of the country strategy and annual plans.
• Ensure strategies and implementation plans align with country strategy across departments and programs.
• Maintain enterprise risk management and ensure policies comply with laws and regulations.
• Establish and utilize a knowledge management system to support organizational learning and innovation.
