MatchaTalent is recruiting a Senior Key Account Manager for Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia, to drive growth in the transportation and logistics ICT sector. You will own strategic accounts, engage senior executives, and lead end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity creation to contract closure.

You will collaborate with internal solution teams and channel partners to deliver comprehensive ICT solutions, manage pipelines, and ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Enterprise Business Development within ICT.
• Proven experience managing enterprise accounts in transportation, logistics, public sector, or related industries.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers in transportation and logistics sectors.
• Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles including opportunity development, negotiations, contracts, and post-sales management.
• Collaborate with internal solution, product, and delivery teams to craft ICT solutions addressing customer needs.
• Coordinate with channel partners to expand market coverage and deliver complex enterprise projects.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and risks to ensure long-term partnerships.
