Future Commerce Indonesia seeks a seasoned Key Account Manager for the transportation sector to drive growth across Indonesia's transport and logistics industries. You will manage top accounts, identify opportunities, and deliver end-to-end ICT solutions in collaboration with internal teams and partners.

Responsibilities include building executive relationships, negotiating contracts, and leading cross-functional delivery to ensure sustainable revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in Sales, KAM, or enterprise business development within ICT.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts in transportation, logistics, public sector, or related industries.
• End-to-end enterprise sales experience: bidding, negotiations, contract execution, and CRM.
• Solid knowledge of enterprise ICT solutions: networking, data centers, cloud, storage, optical, wireless.
• Experience with government/public infrastructure projects is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute account management plans for key transportation sector accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms with key accounts to maximize visibility and sales.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform account strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
• Present new product introductions and promotional plans to key clients.
• Manage budgets and forecasts for assigned key accounts.
