Job summary

PT Multipolar Technology Tbk in Indonesia seeks an experienced Account Manager to drive sales of IT solutions across commercial, telco, healthcare, banking, services provider, and public sector sectors. You will develop partner relationships and manage the full sales cycle, including proposals and contracts.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in account management within a system integrator, strong IT product knowledge, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science /Information Technology Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent from a reputable university.
• Minimal 5 years of working experience as an Account Manager in a System Integrator company is a must.
• Knowledge of IT products and industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Energetic, hard-working, and fully dedicated.
• Willing to be placed in Karawaci and Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by selling IT solutions, specifically in the commercial industry, telco, healthcare, banking, services provider, and public sector.
• Develop relationships with partners /principals to develop creative ways to provide customers with the best and proper IT solutions.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through the solution-oriented selling process and manage administrative work (e.g. Proposal, contract, etc).
