Job summary

PT Sapta Tunas Teknologi, an IT solutions provider in Central Jakarta, seeks an experienced Account Manager to develop and maintain strong client relationships and drive growth.

You will manage portfolios, meet clients to understand needs, negotiate deals, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support. A 3+ year track record in account management, preferably in IT, and a business/marketing degree are recommended.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management or client-facing sales role.
• Prefer IT/technology industry experience.
• Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts.
• Meet with clients regularly to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and close new business opportunities.
• Work with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support.
• Identify and pursue new business leads in the local market.
• Provide performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of sales and account management strategies.
