Job summary

RSM INDONESIA is seeking a Project Manager to lead IT-related and digital innovation initiatives. The role collaborates with the Program Manager, Project Admin, and project teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, schedule and budget management, and regular progress reporting. A Bachelor’s in IT and 4+ years in PM/PMO are preferred, with strong MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• 4+ years experience as Project Manager or PMO roles covering development, implementation, and post-implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and implementation quality throughout project implementation.
• Support day-to-day coordination, schedule alignment, and manpower allocation with other stakeholders.
• Advise clients on project activities when risks arise, providing mitigation recommendations.
• Ensure each system development activity aligns with the agreed schedule, processes, and targets.
• Align project schedules and budgets with stakeholders and ensure proper resource allocation.
• Mitigate project risks with risk profiling, risk registers, risk assessments, and mitigation measures.
• Deliver periodic project progress reports, dashboards, and status updates.
