Job summary

Bank Jakarta is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage IT assets, vendor performance, contracts, and technology budgeting, ensuring effective governance of IT resources and vendor relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in IT vendor management, IT asset management, or IT finance, with strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills and exposure to banking or regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Vendor Management, IT Asset Management, or IT Finance.
• Strong understanding of vendor contract administration and IT asset governance.
• Familiar with IT budgeting, Capex, and Opex management.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Experience within banking or regulated industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT asset lifecycle and inventory governance.
• Monitor vendor contracts, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
• Maintain accurate IT asset documentation and reconciliation.
• Support IT budget planning and realization monitoring.
• Analyze Capex and Opex utilization for technology initiatives.
• Prepare reports and recommendations related to asset and vendor performance.
