Job summary

DBS Bank in Jakarta is seeking a technology professional to join the Group Technology function. The role focuses on managing production issues, vendor contracts, and providing technical support, with strong emphasis on communication with vendors, users, and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate project leadership, excellent coordination, and hands-on OS basics experience. This is a full-time on-site opportunity at the Jakarta Head Office with regular scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in financial services.
• Proficient in handling production issues, vendor contracts, and technical support.
• Strong project management and coordination skills; able to lead tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with operating systems basics: command line, file/server management.
