Mensa Group in Indonesia seeks an experienced HR leader to oversee Organization Development, HR Administration, and Payroll across the group. The role requires steering workforce planning, performance management, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.

You will manage HR data, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and department heads, ensuring accurate records and process excellence. Strong leadership and integrity are essential for this senior HR position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, psychology, management, or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 8 years HR experience with at least 3 years in supervision or managerial role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, FMCG, or other manufacturing industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of Organization Development, Manpower Planning, HR Administration, Performance Management, and Payroll.
• Proven experience in organizational structure design, workforce planning, job analysis, and workforce productivity assessment.
• Hands-on experience managing employee movements, personnel administration, and payroll operations.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, employment administration, BPJS, PPh 21, and Collective Labor Agreements (PKB).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS, and HR data analysis.
• Experience in developing HR dashboards, manpower reports, and HR operational performance indicators.

Responsabilités

• Organize and oversee Organization Development, HR Administration, and Payroll functions.
• Lead and coordinate HR processes across departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor KPIs, governance and compliance within HR operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in HR workflows.
• Collaborate with Talent Management and Finance on workforce planning and reporting.
• Provide coaching and leadership to HR teams to achieve service standards.
