Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HRBP/HR Generalist.
• Proven track record delivering results and driving people initiatives with HR strategies.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in stakeholder engagement and influencing leaders.
• Commercially astute to deliver tailored solutions for business and people.
• Strategic problem solver with high ownership and initiative.
• Adaptable self-starter who learns quickly and moves fast.
• Ability to prioritise multiple work streams under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic HR partnership to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives.
• Coach leaders on performance management and accountability.
• Advise managers on employee relations, policies, and risk mitigation.
• Implement and review HR policies and programs with Centres of Excellence.
