In this role you will lead manpower planning, talent development, employee relations, and policy improvements, building strong relationships and a positive people experience for the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive, hands-on HR experience, incl. 3+ years as People Partner/HRBP in tech/high-growth or consultancy.
• Team player who builds trust and collaborative relationships with business leaders and HR colleagues.
• Strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high empathy.
• Project/Program Management: plan, organize and manage resources for a project.
• Employment Law: understand local labour laws; identify risks and mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Embed and reinforce company vision and values through people practices.
• Partner with leaders to improve business efficiency and leadership style.
• Advise line managers on performance, appraisal, succession, career development, and disciplinary processes.
• Share knowledge with HRBPs and influence HR policy development.
• Support employee relations and manage difficult conversations.
• Assess employee sentiment via pulse checks and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Heads/Managers on manpower planning and talent development for growth.
• Expand talent pipeline by engaging passive candidates and maintaining relationships.
