The role requires strong analytical skills, extensive HRBP experience, and the ability to handle complex employee relations while advancing talent strategies and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• HR professional certification.
• Experience with SAP, Workday and Humanica is advantageous.
• At least 6 years of HR Business Partner experience.
• Strong analytical and process orientation.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver value-added HR services to support business growth and employee engagement.
• Develop local HR policies aligned with standard practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with regional HRBP, SSC and Center of Excellence to improve employee experience.
• Manage complex employee relations and dispute resolutions.
• Lead HR projects for continuous improvement and CI initiatives.
• Support workforce planning and talent strategy development with Talent Acquisition.
