Job summary

YOBO (Your Own Business Online) is seeking an HR Business Partner to navigate complex organizational challenges, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and champion initiatives that foster an inclusive and collaborative environment across malls, offline shops, and F&B partners.

You will partner with business leaders to shape talent acquisition, advise on employee relations, drive performance management and development programs, and lead change initiatives with data-driven insights

Qualifications

• Proficient in good communication in English, both oral and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and labor regulations.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role in fast-paced environments.
• 2–3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for top-quality hires.
• Advise managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Drive the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and insights.
• Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, workforce planning, and cultural transformation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, advising management on actions.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to drive HR initiatives and share best practices.
