Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in psychology, Management, Law, or related fields.
• Min. 5 years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist roles.
• Strong experience in recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes and Organization Development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and business-oriented mindset.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to support people and organizational initiatives
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from manpower planning to onboarding
• Support Organization Development initiatives including competency development, organizational structure, and job design
• Act as a trusted HR partner in handling employee-related matters and providing practical HR solutions
• Drive employee engagement, people development, and culture-building initiatives
• Analyze HR data and insights to support business and workforce decisions
• Collaborate across functions to continuously improve HR processes and employee experience
