Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity in Jakarta is seeking an HR Manager to be the single point of HR presence for Indonesia. You will partner with the GM and local leaders while implementing HQ-led programmes and policies in line with local employment law.

The role blends strategic business partnering with hands-on operations, covering recruitment, payroll liaison, employee records, and policy administration to support local initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years HR experience including generalist or HRBP exposure and hands-on operations.
• 2–3 years as sole or lead HR practitioner, or HRBP with direct ownership of local statutory processes.
• Hands-on experience with Indonesian manpower regulations and practices, including PKWT/PKWTT, BPJS, THR and WLKP.
• Experience updating HR policies/contracts in response to employment law changes (e.g., 2023 Job Creation Law).
• Experience advising senior leaders on people matters with candor.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in a multinational or regional subsidiary environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for the Indonesia office.
• Execute local HR administration consistently, aligning with HQ HR.
• Partner with HQ HR and local leaders on people strategy and execution.
• Serve as country office payroll liaison and ensure timely data for monthly runs.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and lifecycle documentation.
• Deliver tactical employee engagement, policies, and onboarding/offboarding.
