Rhenus Logistics Indonesia PT. seeks an experienced HR professional to lead daily human resources operations, payroll, and HRIS management in Jakarta.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies. Reporting to the leadership team, you will drive performance management, training, and development programs, monitor headcount and HR-related costs, and prepare HR metrics to guide decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, management or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience, preferably 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in logistics or multinational companies is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR practices.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Workday).

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily HR operations, administration, and HRIS management.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure accurate payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Manage employee relations and industrial relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate performance management, training, and employee development programs.
• Monitor workforce planning, headcount, and HR-related costs.
• Prepare HR reports, analyze HR metrics, and monitor KPIs.
• Drive HR process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Supervise and develop HR team members.
