Job summary

PT HUANENG NEW MATERIAL is seeking an HR professional to manage monthly payroll, PPh 21, BPJS, and benefits for Indonesian employees. You will oversee government compliance, performance data, and labor cost reporting, coordinating with Jakarta-based and local teams.

You will also contribute to HR projects like compensation reviews and career development while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years payroll and BPJS administration.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and taxation policies.
• Familiarity with PPh 21, BPJS, KITAS, RPKTA, and other Indonesian employment regulations.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (mandatory) with ability to coordinate with government agencies.
• Basic Chinese or English communication skills preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office for payroll calculations and reporting.
• Experience with Indonesian HRIS or OA systems is an advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; high accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll calculations for Indonesian outsourced, direct-hire, and Jakarta-based local employees.
• Calculate and process monthly PPh 21 and ensure timely payroll submissions.
• Ensure salary payments are accurate and compliant with company policies and regulations.
• Handle monthly payroll administration and reporting during the payroll cycle (25th to 10th).
• Manage monthly BPJS and insurance calculations, submissions, and administration.
• Coordinate HR permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance with government agencies.
• Lead or support HR projects including Job Position Value and salary reforms.
• Consolidate monthly labor costs and provide HR cost data to Finance and management team.
