Japfa, a leading agribusiness group with a global footprint, seeks an HR Operations Supervisor in Indonesia (Riau) to oversee end-to-end HR processes, review transactions, reconciliations and reports, and ensure adherence to HR policies, labor regulations and controls.

You will coordinate with Payroll, C&B, ER/IR and IT on operations matters, resolve routine escalations, and maintain service quality to support business goals and employee experience.
