PT. Biwel Bali Property in South Kuta, Bali seeks an experienced HR Manager to shape and implement people strategies that drive growth.

You will lead recruitment, reward programs, compliance with Indonesian labour law, and develop talent across the organization. You will report to senior management, manage payroll coordination, and oversee HR audits while fostering a collaborative culture in a fast‑growing company.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience, including 2+ years in HR Manager or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour law and regulations.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organisation.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.
• Independent yet collaborative team player.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, PHR) desirable.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and oversee HR policies, procedures and programmes in line with Indonesian law.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job analysis to onboarding.
• Administer compensation and benefits programmes with compliance and market positioning.
• Oversee employee relations, handling grievances and performance discussions.
• Lead training and development initiatives to build capabilities and career progression.
• Maintain accurate HR records with data protection compliance.
• Coordinate payroll to ensure timely/accurate processing.
• Conduct regular HR audits to assess health and identify improvements.
• Provide HR support to managers on employment matters and policy interpretation.
• Contribute to strategic workforce planning to support expansion.
