Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in construction.
• Proficient in labor regulations and payroll management.
• Proficient in using HRIS Talenta.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage attendance data, assist payroll processing, and administer employee benefits.
• Handle the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives.
• Provide HR support and advice to management and employees on HR-related matters.
• Coordinate employee training and development programmes to enhance skills.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Assist with HR initiatives such as engagement and wellness programmes.
• Maintain and update the employee database (personal data, position, tenure, status).
• Prepare and manage HR documents such as appointment letters, warning letters, and certificates.
• Monitor attendance, leave, permission, and lateness records.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR SOPs, company policies, and the Employee Handbook.
• Manage administrative documents related to company operations, including permits, licenses, contracts.
• Assist in managing company vehicles, transportation, and other operational facilities when required.
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day general affairs and office administration.
