Job summary

The role requires a hands-on, strategic leader with a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent stakeholder management. You will drive organizational improvements and governance to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR-related field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management covering HR Operations, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, General Affairs, and Purchasing.
• Experience in conglomerates or multi-business organizations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and industrial relations.
• Experience in procurement, budgeting, and vendor negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations issues, workplace conflicts, and industrial disputes to maintain stability.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and labor regulations in compliance with Indonesian laws.
• Coordinate with authorities, legal consultants, and government institutions on labor matters.
• Design and oversee compensation structures, payroll, benefits, tax compliance, and BPJS administration.
• Review employment contracts, vendor agreements, and HR-related documents.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across business units.
• Partner with business leaders to identify organizational and workforce needs.
• Ensure ethical and compliant recruitment and HR practices.
• Supervise learning and development, organizational structure, SOPs, and job descriptions.
• Oversee General Affairs, facilities, procurement, vendor management, and asset maintenance.
• Monitor purchasing processes, budgeting, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Organize HR coordination meetings and management reports.
• Analyze workforce trends and KPIs to support strategic decisions.
