Job summary

kvb futures in Indonesia seeks an experienced Head of HR & Adm to lead HR, GA, Admin, and IT operations, ensuring compliant and efficient workforce management. You will drive recruitment, payroll governance, policy development, and performance management to support company objectives.

The role requires hands-on expatriate administration, strong leadership, and the ability to liaise with government authorities to ensure BPJS/Ketenagakerjaan compliance and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years HR experience with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Experience overseeing HR functions, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Hands-on expatriate employment administration experience (RPTKA, KITAS, permits).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and BPJS. Ability to liaise with government authorities.
• Experience managing HR, GA, Administration, and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR functions including recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee relations, training, and performance management.
• Develop HR policies and SOPs aligned with Indonesian labor regulations.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and handle disciplinary matters.
• Lead HR, GA, Administration, and IT teams to support departments.
• Oversee office administration, facilities, assets, and IT operations.
• Prepare HR reports and manpower analysis for management decisions.
