Dreambox Marketing Consultant is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue across our branding and digital marketing services.

You will identify new leads, build the sales pipeline, present compelling pitches, negotiate deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn prospects into loyal clients.

This role requires 2–3 years in business development or sales in agency settings, strong networks with brands, and fluent English.

• 2–3+ years in business development or sales in marketing or advertising.
• Strong network with brands and decision-makers across relevant industries.
• Proven track record in acquiring new clients and closing deals.
• Excellent lead generation, pitching, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of project costs and profitability.
• Creative thinking and strategic problem solving for pitches.
• Fluent English communication.

Mansioni

• Identify and generate new client leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, LinkedIn, partnerships, and outbound marketing.
• Develop and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to negotiation and deal closing.
• Prepare and lead pitch decks, proposals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations.
• Contribute creative ideas and guide the creative direction to ensure proposals address client needs while delivering stronger concepts.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to define target markets, acquisition strategies, pricing, and revenue targets.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across business units and develop strategies to expand the client portfolio.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue targets.
