Hotel Monopoli Bukittinggi is seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead the hotel's operations, business performance, and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, financial acumen, and market intelligence, with a proven ability to translate insights into revenue growth, elevated guest satisfaction, and sustainable profitability.
Fluent English is required; relocation to Bukittinggi is expected.
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 10+ years in hotel management roles, with GM or senior leadership experience.
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
- Willing to relocate to Bukittinggi, West Sumatra.
Responsabilidades
- Lead comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans based on market intelligence and forecasting.
- Establish market positioning and competitive strategies to strengthen hotel presence.
- Analyze segmentation, booking patterns, and distribution performance to optimize opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to expand corporate, government, leisure, group, and events markets.
- Recommend product, service, pricing, and operational improvements based on market conditions.
