Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in General Affairs within manufacturing, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong negotiation, communication, and MS Office skills. Based in Cikande, Banten, you will lead a cross-functional team and optimize costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in General Affairs, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience managing facilities, vendors, assets, procurement and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage factory facilities, utilities, vehicles, and day-to-day operational needs.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility arrangements to ensure a safe and well-maintained workplace.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill operational requirements.
• Manage outsourced services including security, cleaning, catering, transportation, and other vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance, negotiate service terms, and resolve operational issues.
• Manage non-production procurement and maintain related documentation, contracts, asset records, and payments.
• Monitor asset inventory, usage, and data accuracy.
• Monitor GA budget and operational expenses.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and optimize costs.
• Support facility improvement initiatives.
• Provide basic IT support for factory equipment including Wi-Fi, CCTV, and printers.
