Confidential Company is seeking an experienced General Affairs professional to oversee day-to-day factory facilities and operations in Indonesia. You will coordinate maintenance, manage outsourced services, handle procurement of non-production goods, and ensure accurate asset records and documentation.

You will lead an operational team, drive efficiency, and maintain strong vendor relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance and safe, clean work environments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of General Affairs experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day facility management, including buildings, utilities, and general facilities.
• Coordinate vendor management for security, cleaning, catering, transportation, and related services.

• Manage procurement of non-production goods and asset records with cost-efficiency in mind.
•  
• Prepare operational reports and manage budgets; monitor GA budget utilization.
•  
• Provide basic IT support for factory equipment and coordinate with IT teams.
