Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the specified fields.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in General Affairs, preferably in a manufacturing company (FMCG industry preferred).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Familiar with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22000.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian regulations related to General Affairs, occupational safety, environmental management, and company licensing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• English proficiency is preferred.
