Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in accounting/finance/business or related area.
• 7+ years of professional experience in finance (plant or commercial).
• Must have B2B pricing experience.
• Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/BI/CRM/Pricing systems including SAP.

Responsibilities

• Driving accountability with the Indonesia Retail team, providing insights on performance against growth targets for revenue and margin and strong EBITDA growth through cost management.
• Embedding organization-wide growth strategy into local markets by tracking performance against leading indicators and strategic priorities.
• Drive key projects to boost EBITDA profitability through cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee B2B pricing and margin management with Strategic Pricing Leads for the market.
• Ensure profitability with reference to technology, commodity movements and customer segments.
• Lead pricing efficiency and execution of periodic price increases.
• Manage senior relationships across local and regional landscape and align with global teams on best practices.
• Support CAPEX projects with ROI analysis and spend management inputs.
• Contribute to end-to-end process improvements and risk/compliance governance.
