Eaton is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Indonesia finance team across Jakarta and Batam, partnering with country management to achieve sales and financial objectives. The role reports to the East Asia controller and interfaces with the country manager.

The position oversees all finance and accounting activities, ensuring GAAP compliance, tax filings, audits, and strong internal controls while supporting commercial and operations teams in bidding, contracts, and working capital

Qualifications

• CPA qualified as required.
• At least 10 years of finance experience, with ≥5 years at Financial Manager level.
• Experience in distribution/import/export or product-related environment preferred.
• US GAAP knowledge and familiarity with Indonesian statutory reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support finance and accounting activities, monthly closing, forecasting and budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with local tax requirements, VAT, WHT, CIT, audits, and statutory reporting.
