Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Indonesia finance team, based in Jakarta, and support sales operations in Jakarta and Batam. The role partners with country leadership to drive compliant financial reporting, planning, and strategic decision-making.

The position requires a strong foundation in accounting, tax compliance, and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Sales Operations, and SCM. Experience with SAP ERP and international finance is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience, including at least 5 years at Finance Manager level or above.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or product-based environments is advantageous; international/regional finance experience preferred.
Strong accounting foundation with knowledge of US GAAP.
Familiarity with Indonesia statutory reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

Lead Indonesia finance team and support sales operations in Jakarta and Batam.
Oversee monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Support project bidding, contract reviews, and negotiation of finance terms.
Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.
Provide financial guidance to commercial, SCM, and CSR teams to improve profitability.
